Easy reading and quick. I was expecting a bit more on "how to" do certain improvements but this book is geared toward what sells and what doesn't on the real estate scale. That's always good info too but wasn't exactly what I was looking for in this book. Would I recommend it nonetheless? Sure, but only if the description of the book changed some to clarify exactly what to expect.Product details

A very well written and thought-provoking book, giving comprehensive advice on virtually all aspects of home improvement. As the title suggests, the book emphasizes projects that should raise the value of a property and its attractiveness for potential buyers, including many that are very simply put into practice and cost very little (if anything). The book is literally packed with tips, advice and reference links, including many that left me thinking 'now that's a good idea!' and pointing out what to avoid as well as where a home owner can best focus their efforts to achieve a maximum return in their investments. An invaluable guide for any home owner or property developer, and one to spur enthusiasm for getting involved in some enjoyable and ultimately profitable projects.
